Let me disable the ambient sounds in the menus
The title. I've turned off the menu music so I can listen to my own when not in-game.
The problem is, this doesn't disable the ambient sounds. I don't really understand why it doesn't. It's annoying.
So can you please make it so that this setting affects the ambient sounds as well or make a separate slider for them?

Wait, you want to play a game where the sound is the most important thing, without any sound at all? Or do you mean remove music in game like chase music and injured music?

Chase/Wounded music sliders would be cool to have.
I mean you get to listen Wounded ost while using No Mither, like whaat.

I mean specifically the music and sounds you can hear in the main menu, lobbies etc.
I don't have a problem with the in-game ones

lol how does "ambient sounds" equal "any sound at all"
necro'ing because I'm trying to listen to music without dbd's friggin chirping in the background without tabbing out or muting the whole game until I'm in one.

It is now November 2021 and this still hasn't been added. Could we plz get some quality of life updates, like Adjusting the menu's ambient/sound effects level
