I cannot find the PTB in the drop down menu for betas

Can someone help I have restarted steam and my computer multiple times and I've been excited for the PTB build for the new Stranger Things Chapter coming out soon and wanted to play it, But as stated above I can't access it even though I followed the instructions.

well i guess they didn't actually say that the ptb was gonna be today i legit thought it was releasing today
