Why can’t I send video evidence of cheating?
On Xbox I encountered a speed hacker and had video evidence of proven it but when I went to get a support ticket and send a file of the video evidence and I received “the upload toke to long lost connection” but it’s weird because I only recorded when he started using speed hacks and is only 3 to 4 minutes and you need video evidence to make a legit report but it can’t upload 3 to 4 minutes of a game. I might be doing something wrong but I don’t think I am if you guys have any advice I’m all ears.

This is going to sound silly given they don't explicitly explain it anywhere in game, but apparently the way you're supposed to do this is to post the video somewhere private (only visible via a link) and then provide the link in the end game report box.
Hopefully they'll add a better report system with the Dedicated Servers.

There is a file size limit on those attachments. The tool wasn't really designed for attaching videos, it's typically used to attach pictures or crash logs. I would suggest uploading it to a site like YouTube (you can set it to unlisted if you don't want other people to see it) and dropping a link in the ticket.
