Getting 200k+ BPs from Shine of Secrets
I'm a little confused.
I've leveled up every Survivor and Killer in order to work on the Adept trophies and have unlocked all the unique perks for everyone through the blood web. However, the Shrine of Secrets isn't offering me the 200,000+ blood points for perks I've already unlocked and have available for that character.
I am wondering: does the perk have to be already purchased from the Shrine, making it available to other characters already in order to receive the 200k BPs or does the perk have to be at tier 3?
Sorry if this was explained already and I'm being extraneous. I couldn't find the exact answer to my question in my search. I had the hopes that once I purchased all the perks for each character through the blood web, I'd be able to receive over 800,000 BPs from the Shrine from each perk offered.

No when they changed the value of perks for the shrine they changed the bloodpoints you get from already owned perks so old perks give 100K and new perks give 150K I believe that's right.

Once you own the teachable version you should be able to recieve bps instead of the skill in the shrine. but the short answer is you need the teachable versions available at level 35, 40, and 45. that said the amount of bps was decreased to 150k. (hope this info helps)0

Isnt it still 30,35,40?
I'm not so much concerned about the amount of BPs you can get for purchasing a perk from the Shrine but more so about actually getting it. Like I said, I have all the unique perks purchased for every character through the blood web, but you're saying that each character has to be leveled up to 30/40/45 in order to receive that big sum of BPs? Or does the perk have to be leveled up/available at tier 3 already?

Are you sure you have the teachable version from each bloodweb? It's orange when it appears at level 30, 35, and 40.

None of the perks appear as orange when I look at them in the 'load out' for the character.

I thought that by having those perks accessible to the character to use in game, that perk was able to be traded out for the 100-150k BPs. All but 2 of my characters were left at level 20 cause that's the level required (before 2.0) to have 3 perk slots open.

You'll get it by leveling the character to a certain point. For example if you're leveling someone up, in the bloodweb at level 30 you will see your first teachable. The perk will appear orange in the bloodweb. Another will be unlocked at level 35, then again at 40.
