Is Freddy looking at a Nerf?

Right after the rework i have started to play Freddy and he replaced Rin as my main. He may not be strong as her, but is a lot more fun for me.

He has everything a killer need without exaggerations in his basekit.

Map pressure, map presence, chase potential, game slowing and some sort of traking.

With add ons he can enanche any of these category.

Extra slow down, extra tracking and extra map presence.

I think that Freddy is in the perfect spot for a killer rn. A lot of people still think billy is the most balanced... i completely disagree. Freddy is by miles more balanced than him.

A nerf? Damn i hope they won't. We know for sure that Freddy will not be touched for a long time. Devs already said they have a lot of priorities, a ton of add-on reworks and dedicated servers to work on. Freddy is probably the last of their problems.

I don't think nerfs are necessary. Coordinated high rank players can give him the business. Of course, the game seems to be balanced around green/yellow though, so who knows if nerfs are coming or not. He has a lot of counterplay, but people don't bother to use it. He's a powerless M1 killer in a chase when survivors are awake, yet a lot of survivors don't wake up. He can really struggle to land the first hit in a chase if survivors are awake. A snare nerfs isn't necessary unless you also think Clown's bottles need a nerf, in which case....go to....loop school?

For those who are unaware, freddy's traps do not count against losing bloodlust. If you place traps as hag or trapper their bl won't disappear either.
