This one's a little whacky.
Wraith: Play With Your Food, Furtive Chase, your choice of remaining perks. Swift Hunt - Blood, Blink - White.
Find your obsession. Cloak, get a PWYF stack. Uncloak, chase them. Cloak, get another stack. Repeat until you have three stacks. Hit them, cloak, get another stack, hit them again (preferably grab if you can). Hook them. When someone unhooks them, they become the obsession, and you repeat the cycle again (you'll probably have two stacks at this point from the last guy).
In short, you're fast.

Make your choice could kinda work with this.

Stakeout, Poised, Lightweight, and Deja Vu
I call it the gen master build.
4 -
Iron Will, Lightweight, Quick and Quiet and the most important, Diversion.
All the other perks assist it and it helps you sneak away and lose the Killer and fake him.
Pop Goes the Weasel, Whispers, Surveillance and Monitor.
Gen stopping build. Get up close.

Q&Q, Inner Strength, Head On, DS.
No elaboration necissary.

I recommended this build to Monto on his discord but you guys can have fun with it too
Killer:Freddy with any add-ons
Perks: Ruin, furtive chase, Bloodwarden/Corrupt intervention, and Tremors
I call it "All Claws"

Play With Your Food on Plague is faaaaantastic.

My favorite Spirit build for fun:
"Yandere Spirit"
Play with your food
Save The Best for Last
Enduring
Brutal Strength/ Spirit Fury
Whoever your obsession is, they are your "Senpai". Your first goal is to find them, ignoring all else.
After finding them, it is your duty to stay with them, and keep all others from them.
Try your best to give them the hatch.
It's literally a dumb meme build that has the most random reactions from survivors.
Try it, it can be fun xD
Edit: You do want to hook the other survivors if they keep coming close to your senpai, even bring in an ebony mori to get rid of them faster.

The Backpack Build
You can do this on killer, I do it on Legion since I have all the perks I need on him. You run Agitation, Mad Grit and Iron Grasp. At the start of the match, you find and down someone. From that point on, whenever you want to move, they need to be on your shoulder, and you need to be slashing constantly. If they escape from your grasp, you can either hunt them to backpack them again (if no one's on the ground), or pick up a different survivor you've downed, and they become your backpack.

COME MY DAVID, WE GONNA GO ON AN ADVENTURE ACROSS THE PLANET

I've been running STBFL, Brutal Strength, Fire Up, and BBQ on legion recently. You catch up to survivors so fast, it's great

I'm using dark devotion, sloppy butcher, nurse's calling and corrupt intervetion in my Hag

Oh hey, you created a yandere one too.
Thats cool.
I'll just link mine because I'm too lazy to copy paste all the text using my phone

NOED ( yes NOED ), Devour Hope, Haunted Ground and Make Your Choice on Spirit.
Also, Save The Best For Last + charge time add-ons on Spirit is also pretty fun and effective.
And Plague with Black Incense is a savage.

Add M&A and put it on tier 1 Myers for a sneaky backpack build. Got the idea while watching a puppers vid, but I haven't tried it yet. Sounds super silly though.

I've been wondering if other perks could add even more to the build. That could work pretty well, especially if I manage to get all those perks available on Myers.

Here's another build I wanted to try but don't have the perks for:
Pallet Master Freddy
Enduring, Spirit Fury, Brutal Strength, Fire Up
Dream pallet add-on + some other add-on, idk
Eat pallets for breakfast and replace them with your own.

Oh, another one I almost forgot about:
"Don't touch my stuff" Trapper
Bloody Coil + Padded Jaws
Thrill of the Hunt, Haunted Grounds, Surveillance, Hangman's Trick
The rules are simple: you touch his stuff, you die.
You could replace Hangman's Trick with MYC or Devour Hope, since those technically involve touching hooks. Overcharge, Cruel Confinement, or Mindbreaker could also be alternatives to Surveillance.

Spirit with Prayer Beads and Insidious. The ultimate stand still mind game, because Insid will proc on the husk so if you wait a second before phase walk just after you enter phase walk your husk will lose TR and the survivors have no idea what you are doing. It will appear as if you stood there to proc Insid but you didn't. You can though.
Add on MYC and Brooch now you can camp hooks from 32m away. Just hook, walk until MYC lights up, turn around and wait. Survivors have no idea what you are doing, you could phase walk when you see them run up and try for a grab or let them save and then phase walk right as they do it to get MYC on the guy.
I call it Poker Face.
