New killer perk Idea: Insane Latency

Insane Latency
Survivor progress fills you with rage. Each time a generator is completed lag is increased by 3/4/5%.
Okay I got one for survivors too.
Entitlement
As a survivor you are entitled to a good game. After rage quiting keep 50/75/100% of your bloodpoints earned while playing and don't depip.
