Can you get banned for using Mad Grit?

I had some survivors tell me in the lobby after the match that they were going to report me for using mad grit, can you actually get banned for using it?

    Nope, it isn't bugged. it is meant to do that, Tell them they are wrong and willfully ignorant if they don't believe you

    People who don't know how the perk works assume it's a speedhacking exploit. I've seen this accusation consistently leveled at streamers who run it to goof off and constantly swing, especially when it's paired with Agitation.

    Hybrid Panda did a few vids pairing Mad Grit (that's the stabbing perk when carrying a survivor, right?) with Agitation, which increases your move speed while carrying. You zip around slashing people, it's kind of funny. Pair it with Iron Grip to hold them longer and you become more powerful when holding a body hehehe.
