Is it just me or is has matchmaking been absolutely broken for the past week or two?

Im playing Survivor and I keep getting matched up with other Survivors way outside my ranking rank.
Im currently sitting at Rank 3, yet I get matched up with really low-ranked Survivors constantly.
Just a few matches ago I had a match where the other Survivors were Ranks 14, 15, and 16.
Last match I had just now I was matched up with two Rank 13s and a Rank 15.
What the hell is going on with the matchmaking.

I just got rank 16 survivors across the board as a red rank killer. They had no clue what they were doing.. Kinda felt bad. So weird going against survivors who know what they're doing to survivors who can't even loop for 10 seconds
