Oof, they still said it won’t be completely ironed out even when they are cleared to go.
Hopefully it improves sooner than later though.

This scenario is exactly what the ptb testing is for. They need feedback to try and iron out these issues.
It would be good to know what regions thw servers are up in and an indicator in lobby of what server region you have connected too as the ptb may only have a few so you could get connected to a further away one than normal.
