Get rid of object of obsession and knockout.
Object of obsession serves no purpose other than to be abused by swf and just make some killers literally pointless.
Knockout is literally pointless against swf and just makes the game painful for solo survivors.
Get rid of them and replace them with perks that don't add to the already unfair map wide communication, and don't punish solo players, while doing nothing to players using 3rd party external means of getting information.

I can see where you come from. Knockout is really a pain in the ass for solos. Especially on slug Nurse with infectious fright. And OoO is insane in a swf group. It would be great if knockout would only work against swf groups and OoO only for solos because I like using OoO as a solo player. But that's never gonna happen.

i just go afk if i see OoO they want an easy game, they can have it. I don't watch the lobby and dodge swf so i run into this bs often.

OoO gets quite balanced with the new status effects. You can't see Wraith, Pig, GF and so on when in stealth mode. Knockout is quite good for slugging, but if you don't want to get slugged, just run anti-slug, there are enough perks against it.

You can see them out of stealth, and being in stealth has penalties.
There is one perk against knockout that you will get to use once in a blue moon. the fact is knockout still does NOTHING against swf because of coms and forces solo survivors to use 1/4 perk slots for something they may or may not need.
If we want to shorten the gap between solo and swf this is one perk that must go.

I am also using it and for me swf just players get picked up as if i was not running it. They only need to say "right, left a little, run straight" and when they get within the radius they light up like a christmas tree.

@snozer You're going about this the wrong way. Don't say "remove perks x and y" the perks will never be removed but they might get reworked. So let's think of ways to rework the two perks.
Maybe make Knock Out cause downed survivors to recover 33% slower or move 50% slower?
Maybe have Object of Obsession grant a 2x action speed when within the Terror radius.
The perks aren't getting deleted, but they might be reworked.

So, as opposed to trying something that may be remotely challenging (more likely easy if they're trolling with OoO), you just give up over one single variable?

My knockout + infectious fright build on leatherface helped me beat a red rank SWF that was running full insta med-kits. It almost felt like the game paired me with them just to counter their group loadout. It was pretty rad.
Object of obsession is useful, and provides some variety to the game in the same way hexes do. It's really useful for implementing perks like play with your food, where without object of obsession conditions, that perk would be really hard to balance. Speed is everything in this game.
