How was We'll Make it nerfed?

I'm told this perk was nerfed, how was it originally?

Helping others heightens your morale. For each Survivor you rescue from a Hook, gain an additional 25/50/100 % speed increase to healing up to a maximum of 100/200/300 % for 60/90/120 seconds. Version 1.0.0 - DBD Wikipedia

The Wiki usually features a History log, listing the different versions of Unlockables throughout the game's lifetime.

It increased it by 300% and affected self care, thats how the pallet heal shenanigans were born.

It basically used to be broken, like most survivor perks (aka 20s cooldown sprint burst without exhaustion system)

So you could unhook, take a hit, run to a pallet and self heal at 300% speed? Interesting

Only trouble with your statement is that most killers will chase the guy who got off of the hook and not you. He is injured, most likely, so will only need one hit to down and then go back on the hook for his second or third. The smart killer will chase the injured. That is the most efficient way to do it. Why chase a person whom you need to hit twice to down and let the guy who got off of the hook to heal himself?
