You have to teabag the rank 20s to fix match making because you can't get rank 20s if you make them all quit /s

Haha! I‘ve got the same problem. Rank 15 Killer: Rank 3 / 20 / 15 / 14 Survivors. I mean what? And this Rank 3 wasn‘t even in SwF.
