What do you think of demogorgon, then?

By now several days have passed since the demogorgon is playable in the PTB, what are your impressions? Where would you place it in the Tier List? What would you change?

My Opinion:

Stranger Things is a chapter that will bring many new players, and so they have decided to make the demogorgon a very simple killer to use, in order to make it playable even by the new players that will only buy the game to play with it, the problem is that it is easy to use, yes, but also weak. The sprint is not directional, so a survivor simply needs to look behind before that the demogorgon uses a sprint attack to turn the corner and not be hit because the sprint goes in one direction, straight. Fortunately it has no cooldown, but in loops it is practically useless and in open spaces it is enough for me to simply turn the corner to the right or left to avoid being hit. The traps instead are completely useless, it's something that doesn't work from the beginning, starting from the fact that to use a portal I have to keep one to place under my feet when I want to use a portal, because otherwise I have to physically go to the portal more close to get out of another, so it is practically the power of the Hag but much weaker because you are obliged to keep a portal to use others. And it's not over here. In case you use all the portals, and maybe you put them in places where the survivors are no longer going because all the gens have been made, if the survivors don't take away the portals from the ground, you won't be able to place others. It is limiting. For example, the hag already has two more advantages, that is, it can place as many traps as it wants because the last one will always be replaced by the new one, and moreover it can be teleported without having to necessarily have to set a trap to be placed at the moment in which one wants to teleport. Not to mention the fact that the hag has a teleporter and the possibility of hitting the survivor instantly. Using traps is something too slow and complex/intricate, they don't work.

And I end up with the addons saying that there is an ultra rare one that doesn't make much sense, the one that allows you to see the auras when you're going through the portal. What is the utility if I can't choose the portal where to exit? The moment I go under and look at a survivor, I have to go up again, use the portal again and go out in a portal near the survivor, but so much will have already moved from there. It would have been much more useful if when you are in the "upside down" and you look at the survivors' auras, you could also choose the portal where to exit from.

What do you think about it?

I like it. The portals are great for defending gens/hooks and the lunge is fun to use. It's no Nurse/Spirit/Billy but I'd place it alongside Hag/Freddy/Huntress/Myers on the tier list.

As a survivor the Demogorgon is actually scary to face off against. The visual and sound design is on point.

Portals are very underwhelming. Lunge is good, needs better hit reg. Perks are kind of bad. Surge and CL need to be 32m or 28m again. Buff the portals and he'll be way better. For right now, C tier, middle of the road.
