Nurse Question

I've seen it in a couple videos and on a live stream once or twice, but does anyone know how to make the nurse "coo" sound when charging her blinks?
For clarification, its the sound of the nurse blink charging repeating and getting cut off in quick succession without actually triggering the blink.

I think you are taking about a glitch. The nurse make no animations (she keep her hand stand still instaed of like rising it and closing hit when full charge) and the sound enter like in a loop.
This does not affect gameplay at all and is just a visual glitch that occur sometimes. I think it happens if you start charging as soon as your fatigue end, but i am not 100% sure
