Hex: The Third Seal should also apply the new Oblivious effect

Third Seal is probably the worst Hex perk. Blindness doesn't effect too much, is nullified by a SWF, and doesn't prevent the circle around the hook from appearing when someone is hooked. As a perk, it's ok, but it's a Hex perk on top of it, making it a high-risk low-reward perk. Oblivious would add a lot more tension, and require people to pay extra attention when they are blinded. It turns Third Seal from "Oh, they have Third Seal" to "#########, they have Third Seal". And look at the other Hex perks. Ruin is the single best killer perk in the game, Devour Hope provides insta-downs and possible mori's, Thrill of the Hunt makes it harder to cleanse totems and notifies the killer when someone tries to, Haunted Grounds acts as a decoy that gets you easy downs, Huntress's Lullaby makes skill checks a lot harder and a lot more punishing if messed up. All of these are perks Survivors want to get rid of (or pray they don't activate in the case of Haunted Grounds), and Third Seal is just kinda there. There's no rush to get rid of it. Adding Oblivious to it would make is a lot more viable for non-stealth killers that are hindered by having a large terror radius, but it would still be a Hex perk, so still removable from the game.

Especially considering that previously this perk was useful so stealth Killers could avoid aura reading perks, but is now redundant for that.

I agree, blindness is one of the most laughable statuses. Personally I never feel hindered by this when it is applied and am still able to locate things without needing to search.
