Nobody knows for sure (except the devs and they aren't talking until the trailer drops) but I've heard rumors for the 10th of September. Judging at what time we got the PTB, this is highly unlikely. DLC typically drops two weeks after the PTB closes, so we will most likely get it before this month is over.
