How spirit affects the game and why there should more of this

People say stealth isn't a valid counter play option against Spirit, yet any time I ever lose as Spirit it's because I had to look for immersed survivors all game.

Stealth counters every killer(arguably better than looping imo) I’m much more scared of stealthy survivors that ultra-aggressive ones.

When I make my first round and I dont find anyone and gens haven't been touched..... I know I'm in some sheit...

I had a match recently where I made three rounds bouts and they finally touched gens, two had bnps and another had an insta-heal, they managed to only do two gens because the obsession missed her DS and I had dying light thankfully (current dl) I actually chainsawed two survivors because they thought using it in a LFs face was a good idea.
When they’re good at being stealthy though, it is pretty difficult to win.

Yea but stealth isn't equally effective on all killers. A 110 killer is easier to stealth than a 115 killer because it takes them longer to search an area. Spirit is indeed a victim to this.

(still no proof)
If you are not able to adapt, maybe move on to another game.

This is bullshit and Pizzaman said it right.
Needing to have a specific perk/addon/whatever to counter anything in the game is dumb.
You know why? Because it means that Power is unbalanced and broken. Without the perk/addon it is too strong. With it it becomes useless? That's the epitome of bad game design.
Franklin's and Keys, AntiHemorragic and Instadowns, Calm Spirit and Doctor, these kinds of concentrated mechanics nonsense is bad game design.

The expectation that survivors would need to run certain perks to counter specific killers would be an insane design decision, because survivors have no way of predicting which of the 17 killers they are up against, to say nothing of killer perk combinations and add-ons.
You cannot counterpick without information, which survivors have zero of pre-match. Nobody is gonna run Small Game because they're that concerned about facing Trapper, or whatever. So, I don't know what the point of this thread is.

In no way is it required to stand a chance against spirit.. I state that in my OP... IW increases your chances of survival against spirit, just like it does against any killer (the perk has always been solid)

Hitting healthy survivor not that hard for spirit , since she literally can see grass moving , hear survivor's footsteps and breathing (which can not be hidden , unless you are injured and have IW) . After using phase walk she suffers no penalty (i.e. stun/slow down/vision loss) , so if she didn't land a post phase hit , she will just get closer to you and hit you anyway

Iw does not hide footsteps.... IW makes it just as difficult to land a grudge hit while injured as if you're full health state...when full health you need to waste time and make it as difficult as possible for her to injure you.... shes a 110% ms killer if you play unpredictably shes the easiest killer too loop

I don't get why people say she is easy to loop. You don't have time to loop since her power literally takes 15 seconds to recharge or even faster with addons.

She's not . It's funny how spirit mains claim her to be 'easiest killer to loop' , just like old legion mains claimed legion to be balanced before nerf

At full health state it's easy to mind game her... if you play unpredictably and dont go for the obvious pallet, rather attempt to make her think you're going for the pallet or window.... its so easy
