Do these perks work together?

For survivor does

Poised, adrenaline, dance with me, quick and quiet work together in sync? I want to know if all these perks can activate at the same time. I know adrenaline works with poised as I've used it and actually gotten away from killer due to the 10 second no scratch marks and the burst of speed, but do poised , dance with me, and quick and quiet work all at once? I would love to use these all at once cause it sounds fun, but dont know if they work (I also dont have quick and quiet or dance with me so I would have to unlock them) just need to find out what direction I should start working towards.

I want to run a fun build that focuses on losing the killer. I'm not a very good survivor player (better with killer)

As for killers, do these perks work WELL together, or are these just a waste

Pop goes the weasel, overcharge, Hex:ruin, Hex:Thrill of the Hunt. This set basically focuses on stall (I main clown and pig) and if I see my totem being worked on I will sooner break a chase or slug rather than commit to a hook. Is this bad or is there a more optimal build for at least pop goes the weasel and overcharge? If I'm not committing to hooks I probably shouldn't run pop right?

    Survivor

Poised and Dance with me wouldn't work together. Yes, Poised leaves no scratch marks when a generator is finished, and Dance with me also leaves no scratch marks for 3 seconds, but they don't stack on-top of each other.

Poised would out run Dance with me when it comes to how long one lasts over the other. If you were to use them on separate occasions than yes it would work. Like for example, you can finish a gen and run off, than before 6 seconds comes up, you can vault a window and continue it for 3 more seconds. Basically if you use them one after another it'll work, if you do it at the same time to activate both Poised and Dance with me, Poised will outlast Dance with me.

And yes, Quick and Quiet works with Dance with me, its good for a Lithe build also with Dance with me.

    Killer

Here's a better idea for a time waster build, or in your case "stall build"

Use Surveillance, Pop Goes the Weasel, BBQ or Overcharge, and Ruin.

This will allow you to kick generators after an unhook to regress them heavily, overcharge keeps the Survivor from easily continuing repairs, Surveillance lets you know if an overcharge has failed and overall keeps track of generators that are regressing or being repaired again, and Ruin because its ruin...

Surveillance lets you know if a generator is regressing after being kicked when it is highlighted white, if it is highlighted yellow, that means the generator is being repaired again.

A tip, don't use your RBTs when on Pig until the Ruin is broken. Once Ruin is broken, wait about 25 seconds or so (unless you're in a chase, than just use it when they're downed.) and once that time is up you should start popping RBTs on people, even if no gens were completed yet.

25 seconds is enough time to have someone get a RBT on, and if by the off chance a gen is done after its put on, than the trap activates. Also, when using BPS or Pudding, use Box of Crates + Tampered Timer to increase the chance of getting a RBT kill, but it also increases panic and overall scares Survivors into getting the RBT, rather than doing gens.

RBTs overall have hidden potential to stall the game just by themselves, that, and added with a build centered around stalling, can lead to a devastating loss for the team.
