"PERMANENT BANS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING: The use of alt accounts in any capacity"

I'm assuming this refers to using alt accounts on the forums, not in the game? It seems unfair that we couldn't have alternate accounts for the game.
