Ghostface beeing revealed too quickly?

Is there any Tips to counter this? If I know I will be revealed I hide but still... is there any Tips for Positioning?

    Options

    try to act as if you were hiding away from the "killer" if you were a survivor. So Stay out of sight. Chase if spotted.


    There is also an Addon that allows you to stalk without being detected that quickly.
