Devs see the number of players playing with ghostface and extra bp did, so they wil do it aagain now. It makes sense.
And with 3 new characters it is needed for the grind is bad now.

I'd be annoyed if it didn't come out with the stranger things chapter, or at least sometime after it. That million blood cap thing is obnoxious, and wouldn't even get either one of them to level 50. So after the release of 3 new characters seems like a good time to me.
