Where are the ultra rare add on's for Leather Face and hillbilly?
I just wander why they didn't ever have any, Ultra rares usually do something interesting but Leather face and billy never got any. Anyone know why?

From devs:
"We cannot give dates on when these changes will happen, but we can share some information on which killers we are looking to update. We will be taking a look at the Nurse and her add-ons (primarily her add-ons) and the Doctor. We would also like to review the chainsaw killers, the Shape, and the Pig, and more. Some may receive smaller changes or add-on passes while other may see more significant changes."

i think nurse is going to get some ultra rares with her add on rework.
they said they were looking to give every killer the same amount of add ons for each quality:
- 4 common
- 5 uncommon
- 5 rare
- 4 very rare
- 2 ultra rare
- one add on that decreases the power's strength but rewards more BP
they will implement them to every killer at some point, yet like @Ihatelife said, there are no given dates.

Yeah correct, Nurse and Doctor will be first to rework. Nurse mainly her addons and small changes to her base kit. I think the Doctor will be that one with the bigger changes though xd

i just hope they wont nerf doc into oblivion...
imo some new add ons are all he needs... 2 of his uncommons should get buffed and made rare and one of his very rares should get buffed (rather reworked, as reds are supposed to be gamechangers with unique abilities) and made ultra rare.
his power should eigther not be touched at all / get buffed, but as i know the devs, there will probaply be some significant nerfs on some parts of his power that are rather unnecessary...

I doubt it, his power is similiar to the Legion. Most likely he will get a buffs. Otherwise the community would just create another Legion situation if they would nerf him. (;

The current add-on practice didn't exist when the game was released, many of the add-ons the 3 original killer has was added months later. And then for some reason Billy never got UR. Either because Behaviour didn't have any ideas for him or because he was the most powerful and popular killer back then so they didn't deem it necessary.
And then LF got the same add-ons as Billy prob to cut cost. He was most likely developed simultaneously with Freddy (considering that the two of them came out a month apart) so the devs might have wanted to save some time.

well, i wouldnt go that far tbh.
his power is nowhere near as bad as old legions, he has counterplay and its not that strong.
i personally dont really mind facing docs... unless they can time their shocks very well, they will get looped into oblivion anyway xD
but yeah, if they nerf him / significantly change his power, i will riot! doc is the only reason i am still playing today (had a huge burnout once, but came back to the game when i saw they released a new killer and he immediately became one of my favourites - up to this date i still consider him to me by 2nd favourite killer ingame)
but back to the topic of this post, if you would like to see some ideas i personally have had for new killer ultra rares, i would like to provide you with a link to one of my discussions where i talk about that topic (its a very old discussion, but i still like most of the ideas):
(the only ones i dislike now would be the "iridescent chain" and the "husbands picture" btw)

i also would love to see legion changes that make them good killers, yet i dont think they can fix the current power with buffs without making it as annoying as the one they just got rid of tbh...
such a waste for a character with such a cool design...

They said that they have something for the Legion in their roadmap, so nothing is lost yet, I just hope that they're gonna give him more changes than addons xd

imo he needs the freddy treatment to be made viable again...
that could take a while though.
it would be a good start if players while in deep wound wouldnt be able to do gens imo... or starting such an action (sabotage, healing, repairing, etc) will force the timer to start ticking down.
like, his power sucks for tracking (unless you managed to hit one), sucks for map pressure, sucks for chasing and is very bad at slowing the game down (the one thing it is supposed to be good for), as players just wont heal / mend as long as they are in your TR and instead focus the gens down.
then he gets looped like any other killer does, so they actually have all the time they need for the gens...
they really need to do something about it - without bringing old legion back ofc.

I agree, mending should force to mend first, before you do a gen so it would be a good buff. I would love if they could increase FF movement and their vault speed. And making a Feral Frenzy somehow lethal, but it would be a complex to do it.

New ultra rare idea for Billy/Cannibal : hitting a survivor with your chainsaw will cause Blindness status effect for 60 seconds. Very OP, I know 😂.

They were probably skeptical to give a rushing, 1-hitting Killer an Ultra Rare back then.
That, or they simply had no good ideas that were worth the Ultra Rare rank.
As for Cannibal, he's literally a school project copy-pasted from another student, then some things were edited to try and fool the teacher.

Yeah, doctor really needs some love right now. His shock therapy works well at low ranks in stopping loops but at high ranks his power is borderline useless. Plus the illusions are only stationary and work well on dumb survivors. High rank survivors actually use the illusions to trick the doctor and make him lose loads of time just by searching. I think his whole kit should be revamped for a more competitive playstyle, because right now he's just annoying at best...

well... if they update billys add-ons, say good by to anything decent and hello to +30 seconds of blindness.
i would rather they leave insta saw alone.
