Is Unnerving presence affected to Decisive strike?

There is nothing in the description about Decisive strike so I'm a little bit confused. Thanks for answer :-)

the perk affects anything that has skillchecks, including perks.
DS is one example for that, anotherone would be Overcharge.
i dont think there is any skillcheck in the game that is unaffected by the perk

Yeah, DS is affected by Unnerving Presence. Skill Check is much smaller.
