Remove and Replace "Considerably, Moderately, and Slightly"

I think it'd be healthier for the game if "Considerably, Moderately, and Slightly" were replaced entirely with the actual numbers involved. Each addon should show the percentage by which it increases the effectiveness if you're going to include addons that do so. Being vague just hurts people's ability to assess how worthwhile an item is.

If it is like with the probability of items in the bloodweb then slightly is 120 %, moderately 180 % and Considerably is 2 %
