Survivor Hair Still Looks Awful

Just take a look at Quentin's or Feng's hair on low settings, it looks like a cheese grater went ham on it. Every other survivor has a similar effect, but some are far worse than others. I don't really understand with this huge overhaul because it doesn't improve the performance of the game at all, it just make it look a lot worse.
