New Chapter (Killer + Survivor) Idea: "Blood Under the Covers" Feedback is Super Appreciated
I wanted to share my creation with the DBD Community and want to see how people would feel if it actually appeared in game. Give me Feedback
Killer Name: The Terror
Killer Insperation/Origin: The Boogie Man (The Monster hiding in our closets and under our beds as kids)
Killer Origin: ???
Killer Power: Nocternal Enclosure
Give the Terror the ability to enter and hide in Lockers. While in this state the Terror has no terror radius and can see out of the Locker in a first person view. The Terror can exit lockers in two ways.
The first is slowly, which allows the Terror to make no noise and has a reduced terror radius of 3 meters for 3 seconds. The second is a lunge attack that launches the Terror out of the locker for a
distance of 6 meters and puts any survivor they hit into the injured state. This will slow the Terror afterwards like a normal attack. The Terror also can place markers on lockers around the map for a
total of 6 (without Addons). Once marked, the Terror may channel between these lockers to teleport between them. However he can only do so once in a locker. The Terror's exits lockers at the same
rate as survivors. If a survivor is in the locker when you channel to it. It forces them out and puts them in the injured state.
Teachable Perks:
- Paranoia: The knowledge of your pressance causes your victims to think irrationally. When a Survivor is in your terror radius, the heartbeat will sound and act as if they are in a chase.(Uncommon)
2: Survivors will have the red stain on their backs so long as they are in your terror radius(Rare)
3: Survivors will scream out, revealing their location if they have been in your terror radius for 20 seconds(Ultra Rare)
-Anger Point: Seeing your victims fight back instills great rage within you, exibiting untapped strength. After you are stunned by a survivor action, you gain 1.5x movement speed for 2/3/4 seconds

- Overconfidence: Completing objectives fills your victims with arogance and makes them more likely to ignore your pressance. Every time a generator is completed this perk gets a token. For every token
your terror radius is reduced by 3/4/5 meters

Lunge Range:
- Rusted Roller Skate: A rusted roller skate, filled with dark energy and reminds you of the importance of speed. Increases the lunge range when lunging from a locker by 2 meters.(Common
- Card Board Boxes: Being cramped in such a tight space fills you with a burning urge to leave your cramped space. Increases the lunge range when lunging from a locker by 3 meters.(Uncommon)
- Toy Fire Truck: Seeing the shining color of the truck fills you with a rage to tear into your victims. Increases the lunge range when lunging from a locker by 4 meters(Rare)
- Claw Marks: Claw Marks found on the inside of the locker doors, made from your impatience to attack your victims already. Increases the lunge range when lunging from a locker by 5 meters(Ultra Rare)
Exit Speed:
-Teddy Bear: A worn, brown stuffed bear. The smell of your victims excites you. reduces the exiting speed when slowly leaving a locker by 1 second(Common)
-Brass Hinges: Industrial quality hinges that allow for much easier opening of locker doors. reduces the exiting speed when slowly leaving a locker by 2 seconds(Uncommon)
-Steel Hinges: High quality hinges, making opening the door of lockers a breeze. reduces the exiting speed when slowly leaving a locker by 3 seconds(Rare)
-Broken Door Knob: A broken brass door knob, making locker doors practically opened by the simplest push. reduces the exiting speed when slowly leaving a locker by 4 seconds(Ultra Rare)
Locker Marker Number
- Crayon Drawing: A child like drawing of a monsters, knowledge of your pressance increases your power. Increases the number of locker markers by 1(Common)
- Monster Toy: A toy made from clay, giving your terror 3 dimensional form increases your power. Increases the number of locker markers by 2(Uncommon)
- Counciling Ticket: A ticket made by a school counciler, feeling the fear in your victims grow stronger empowers you. Increases the number of locker markers by 3(Rare)
- Empty Pill Bottle: Prescribed medication to make the bad thoughts go away, this only makes you more powerful. Increases the number of locker markers by 4(Ultra Rare)
Teleportation Speed
- Infant's Cry: Hearing your fear felt in the air makes you happier to return. Reduces the channeling time of locker teleportation by 1 second(Common)
- Child's Wail: The sound of less scared children fills you with glee. Reduces the channeling time of locker teleportation by 2 seconds (Uncommon)
- Teen's Scream: The fear of more mature victims only grows your desire to return. Reduces the channeling time of locker teleportation by 3 seconds (Rare)
- Adult's Shriek: Even the most brave of victims fall to the fear, filling you with unimaginable joy. Reduces the channeling time of locker teleportation by 4 seconds (Ultra Rare)
Exit Terror Radius
- Scrap of Carpet: A scrap of carpet that muffled your footsteps in the passed, it is filled with dark energy. Increases the terror radius reduction duritation when slowly exiting lockers by 1 second(Common)
- Baby Tooth: Thoughts of the toothfairy make you more willing to take advantage of their fairy tales. Increases the terror radius reduction duritation when slowly exiting lockers by 2 seconds(Uncommon)
- Worn Sweatshirt: A soft fluffy sweatshirt, a hiding place filled with these muffled your movements. Increases the terror radius reduction duritation when slowly exiting lockers by 3 seconds(Rare)
- Nutcracker: As Gum Drops and Suger Plums fill their heads, this gives a perfect chance to take advantage of their holiday spirit. Increases the terror radius reduction duritation when slowly exiting
lockers by 4 seconds(Ultra Rare)
Misc Addons:
- Bed Frame: A rusted, steel bed frame, combined with the entities power, it let's you better broadcast your fear. When channeling to a locker it creates a fake hologram that will jump out of the locker
you channel to, creating a loud roaring sound. you are unable to teleport to lockers, this will increase your Locker Markers by 10. (Ultra Rare)
- Fear's Roar: The Fear you Exibit is so powerful it causes your victims to loose their sanity. All survivors that are within 12 meters of you when you lunge out of a locker gain Madness Tier 3. (Iridecent)
- Iridecent Claws: Your sharp claws are now imbued with the entities power, If you channel to a locker and a survivor it will force the survivor out, putting them into the dying state. If the survivor
you channel to is your obsession, it will not force the survivor out, but instead allow you to Mori them within the locker.(Iridecent)
Name: Zayla Irie
Back Story: Zayla grew up her entire life in a village in Jamaica. After many years she became a well respected Witch Doctor and healer, helping cure the desieses and pains of her friends and family.
Making her happy. However, a band of raiders began to harass her village, pillaging and demanding tribute to their leader. For the next few years she spent her life continuing to support and heal the
villagers from Raider caused wounds and many times would be forced to help and take the harassment of the raiders themselves. She was tired of having the knowledge of her friends and family in
constant danger. So she let her family know she was setting out to go get help to save her village. Shortly after she was reported missing and was never seen again.
Teachable Perks:
- Hex: Blind Belief: Your love and compassion towards others leaves you blind to the darkness around you, but make you much more effective. All Survivors Heal 100/150/200% faster but suffer from
the Blindness Status Effect.

- Spiritual Corosion: As you get closer to your goals, so does the darkness weaken. Every time a generator is completed, a random Hex Totem is destroyed (Uncommon)

- Hex: Bane of the Darkness: While this Hex is active. The Killer suffers from the Hindered status effect (Ultra Rare)

3Gain a 5% increase to stun duritations(Ultra Rare)

The power seems alright, depending on how long it takes to warp around the map. Good mobility is always nice. Perks like Surveillance would be good for him.
Paranoia seems a bit annoying, especially since you can't tell how close the killer is, and you scream out so hiding is impossible. Come to think of it, this perk is pretty much the Doctor's power.
How does the killer get rid of survivor hexes? Does it take up a totem spot? What if the killer already has 5 hex totems from his or her own perks? What if 4 survivors run hex perks?
I already hate the idea of Spiritual Corrosion, especially since it only destroys Hex Totems and not Dull Totems. Hexes are pretty much our only way of slowing the game down, but this perk would make survivors able to genrush without consequence. They don't even have to look for Ruin, they can just do 1 gen and then it's destroyed no matter how well it was hidden. Using token hexes like Devour Hope and Huntress Lullaby would be impossible. Even if Dull Totems were included, there's still 1 Totem per gen (and multiple survivors can run this perk at once) so NOED isn't even an option for those who wish to use it. Haunted Grounds would be the only viable hex because hexes would be destroyed no matter what.

Power
This killer is similar to other teleport killers, but with lockers. The only problem i see with his power is the time of getting out of the locker and the time of the no terror radius and red stain is too short. Especially if he gets outs, the first way, at survivor speed. The time needs to be longer like maybe 10 seconds, so The Terror can have time to move around and do what they need to do. Part two of the ability seems okay.
Killer Perks. I not sure what you mean by common perk or ultra rare perk. Do you mean tiers? Like verison 1,2,3?
Paranoia
Paranoia seems too close to The Doctors' main ability. So either it needs to change or have it reworked a bit. I like part 1 of Paranoia where every survivor hears chase music and terror radius. Part 2 and 3 are the ones similar to Doctor. But part Three can be incorporated in better. Part doesnt need to be there to me. So the new Paranoia can be.

When a survivor is in your terror raidus for 20/15/10 seconds. The survivor would scream revealing their location.
Anger Point
Anger Point seems to be a good perk. I can see some use out of it with it combining with other perks. Like Spirit Fury and Enduring. Maybe the seconds needs to be longer. I don't know. It might not need it.
Overconfidence
Overconfidence might be a weak perk because it is very late game. Like Freddy's Fire Up. I guess they can combine to be more useful. It's missing something. Like how much is each token worth? If it stays it's fine.

Survivor
I like the story and concept of the survivor
Survivor Perks
Usually Survivor perks aren't Hex perks. Killers are the only ones that use hexes. It doesn't mean it's not possible, but it's unlikely.
Blind Belief seems to be a good perk but has draw backs.
Spiritual Corosion is too strong of a perk. Having one gen done and instantly have a hex destoryed is crazy. SWF can and would abuse this perk. Maybe tone it down a bit. It good but too strong.
Bane of Darkness is a little weird. I see what you are doing but thoses are statues effects that are applied to survivors right now. The stun is okay so it can be stunned for 3/4/5 seconds. However it needs more to it.
So far everything is cool and the concept is pretty good. Remember you don't have to change anything and that this is my opinion.
