Mindbreaker would best be suited to work from 49-99%
In my experience, survivors circle gens that are closer to completion. They get greedy and determined and can’t help it usually. There’s also no risk for survivors currently while a 50%+ gen forces killers to risk losing that gen.
I also think Mindbreaker would greatly benefit from extended exhaustion the longer a person has stayed on a gen, as well as preventing survivors from tapping and stopping regression.
Let Mindbreaker be the “screw your exhaustion perk” perk it aspires to be! It has a lot of potential but I don’t think it works as is at the moment.

If it exhausted for 15/20/30 seconds then it’d be worth a slot but it it’s current form it really isn’t good imo.

Why do you think exhaustion perks are meta? That would just kill them, which would break the whole game.

It would stop people working on a gen in a killers face thinking they can SPRINT BURTSO away.

Not many people use SPRINTO BURSTO anyways.
And yes, mindbreaker is useless in its current form some kind of buff would be great.
