Killer perk idea: Delusional

Uncommon/Rare/Very Rare

Survivors don't seem to know the situation. When coming within 12 meters of a survivor all other survivors gain a 16/20/24 meter terror radius. when those other survivors come within 4 meters of the survivor they no longer have that terror radius. This can be applied to all survivors.

Perks that are affected within the terror radius work.

I'm not exactly clear on how this is meant to work...

you come within range of a survivor, now all other survivors leave a terror radius.

That doesn't seem very interesting to me...

What about if injured survivors carry a small bit of your terror radius with them? Like, they get a 5 meter radius on them until they heal, and yours gets smaller by the same amount.

Do they hear their own terror radius? If so, what's the point in the range of the terror radius, other than possibly confusing the obsession?

The fact that this is permanent until you find the original survivor seems annoying, especially since it can be instantly applied to multiple survivors and they'll have to find all of the survivors before the killer comes near another one if they don't want to hear the terror radius and possibly suffer from Feral Frenzy's Killer Instinct, Infectious Fright, Unnerving Presence, Coulrophobia, etc. The killer doesn't even have to know that the survivor is nearby to apply the effect, and 12 meters is a pretty large range all things considered.

Edit: Answered one of my own questions by looking at the numbers.
