Steve's perks
I just had a few questions, because there's a lot that isn't explained in the descriptions.
Firstly, is the survivor being affected by babysitter get any notification that they're affected by it? Or are they left unaware that they're stealthy? And how does it let them know? Yellow circle like BT? Blue perk like UTA and prove thyself?
What is up with trying to get second wind charged? It seems very inconsistent. For example, healing someone from recovering to injured with a health kit will charge it, (I've been told) but healing them from injured to healthy with a medkit won't. Is it supposed to work with medkits or not? Bugged?

Second Wind Steves only worthwhile perk is extremely buggy... no one uses babysitter so ive yet to find out if im stealthy or not, but when i rescue ppl they just kind of stay at the hook so im guessing their isnt a notification.
