Pennywise Perk Concept Art -Fan Made
I was going to go on this whole Pennywise what if set up but hearing from HybridPanda that theirs a really good chance that he will be coming soon (Seeing as multiple BE staff just followed Stephen King at all at once.) I figured Official Perk Images for Pennywise is very likely drawn up and ready so I just gave up as soon as aI started. The idea for his base ability was to shapeshift to which ever survivor he hooks, either that or he could turn into another killer for a few seconds.
The first perk has to do with stunning survivors with his Dead Lights. Either slowing them on hit or when placing them on a Hook The Entity progress bar will speed up.
Anyway that all hope you guys like the attempt.

Also, why does the supposed existance of canon artwork mean you have to give up? You have the right to express yourself as you see fit! Go wild! I wanna see what else you got up your sleeve!

Yeah I guess your right, I ended up doing this one today.
Perk - Time to Float
Chest and Generator noise radius is increased by 6 Meters. When holding a Survivor your Carrying speed is increased by 9% (Max) and Blindness duration is decreased by 40% (Max) for 10 seconds.
Pennywise - "Don't you want it? Don't you want it?"

I just put things together just draw on that default "Paint" app almost every computer has.
