Prestige, bloody extra available to be placed on purchased clothing or already collected.
I know that the following might be yet to advanced but when my GF commented me the idea it was actually cool, a killer that could climb, threes and walls.

We need a better clown, the fatty is boring to watch, it can be as an add on, closer to penny wise for example.
When waiting for a room place some sort of mini game or distraction, maybe a deeper customization tool
