If Hillbilly didn't exist, Leatherface would be mid-top tier, period.

Eh, not really. Not having hillbilly exist wouldnt make Leatherfaces power any better or worse.

The only thing that stops Leatherbutt from being higher tier is his slow down on charge up. Get rid of that and boom. High mid tier killer.

At the very least, rework his Award-winning chili to do this (and make it iridescent since he doesn’t have an iridescent add on)
