Why was the Shrine changed?
When this weeks shrine came out, I was excited for a 2700 shard perk for 200,000 BPs. However, it looks like it was changed retroactively.

Infectious Fright is from a DLC which is not the lastest DLC anymore, and IF has been on the SoS before.
If either of those condition is met, then it'll be 2700 IS.
If neither is met, then it'll be 2k IS.
The tweet & the in-game price must've been incorrect and have now been changed to the correct pricing.

It was in-game too. I remember checking it on Tuesday. I just didn't have a picture from the past, of course.

You mean I unlocked infectious fright and it changed cause it was put on wrong soo sad:( I wasted shards on it :( oh nvm I figured out way:)

Others have already explained why, but basically it's because this perk was previously 2700 shards, but with the release of Stranger Things that same day, became a 2000 shard perk. I'll typically make those images ahead of time, so it was a little outdated by the time the shrine updated Tuesday night.
It's my bad, I'll try to keep that in mind next time we launch a new DLC.

Would it ever be possible to get a single perk each week that cost 2700 shards? The difference between 2000 and 2700 is a few good games, but the difference between bloodpoints makes the 2700 teachable worth getting over the 2000 teachables so I was wondering if the devs would consider randomly doing one perk each week this way.
