Will the exit gate bug be apart of the hot fix?

You know the bug that is literally game breaking that causes survivors to not be able to recover, wiggle, gesture, dead hard or leave the exit gate that has been in the game for like a month now? Is this ever going to be fixed?

I just got back from a two week vacation hoping that this would be fixed by now and my very first game had me and a teammate get killed because of this bug. So please someone tell me this is getting fixed soon.
