If Diavolo was a killer (Chapter Concept)

Here's my idea of what a Diavolo chapter might look like:


Killer: Diavolo

Diavolo had lost count of how many deaths he had experienced. He eventually became numb to the fear and pain. But then something different happened. He awoke in a strange forest, surrounded by crows and fog. Voices whispered in his head. His ability had been warped, but it was still deadly, and now served a new purpose.

Power: King Crimson

Hold M2 to activate King Crimson. While King Crimson is active:

  • All Survivors are affected by Blindness.
  • All Survivors have a visual effect on their screen.
  • All Survivors receive a 50% penalty to Repair, Healing, Cleansing, Searching, and Sabotage speeds.
  • New Actions cannot be started.
  • The Killer is Undetectable and is completely invisible (like old Freddy or Spirit, not Wraith). The Killer does not disturb its surroundings during this time (grass, crows, etc.), does not have collision, and cannot be stunned by pallets.
  • The Killer moves at 150% speed.
  • The Killer cannot attack Survivors.
  • Scratch marks and blood stains formed during this time are not visible until King Crimson is cancelled.
  • Any Deep Wound timers are paused. When King Crimson is cancelled, the amount of time King Crimson was active is depleted from all Deep Wound timers. Deep Wound timers cannot be reduced below 1 second by this effect.

King Crimson lasts for a maximum of 10 seconds, and has a maximum cooldown of 20 seconds. The Killer can cancel the power prematurely by pressing M2. After King Crimson is cancelled, the Killer moves 25% slower for 3 seconds and attack cooldown is increased by 30%. Survivors who are injured by your basic attack during this time are inflicted with Deep Wounds.


Perks:


Native Land

At the start of the Trial, you become linked to the 3 nearest generators. The repair progress of those generators can be determined by the intensity of their auras. Survivors who repair any of these gens are affected by Oblivious. This effect lingers for 3/4/5 seconds after ending the repair action.

"Nothing beats coming back home. Luck's on my side."


Secret Identity

You are obsessed with keeping yourself hidden.

At the start of the Trial, you become Undetectable and are surrounded by fog. You emit whispers that are audible to Survivors when within 32/24/16 meters. This effect disappears when you enter a chase or when a Survivor is put into the Dying State.

"No one in this world is allowed to know who I really am."


Epitaph

You have an unnatural ability to predict people's actions. After chasing a Survivor for 30/25/20 seconds, you are able to see their Aura.

"Oh Doppio... My adorable little Doppio... Did you forget that I gave you a portion of my King Crimson's power?"


Survivor: Leone Abbacchio

In his final moments, Abbacchio had a vision. He met someone who was familiar to him, and when he realized who it was, he also realized his fate. Or so he thought... soon enough, he was consumed a strange fog. He had been given a second chance at life... but perhaps death would have been preferable.

Replay

You have an unnatural ability to recreate the actions of other Survivors.

When you begin repairs on a regressing generator, gain a 50/60/70% bonus to repair speed while repairing alone. This bonus lasts until you stop repairing or reach the progression that the generator had before it last began regressing.


Distrustful

You lack faith in other people and are slow to trust them. You start the Trial with a -60/50/40% penalty to altruistic actions.

Every time a Generator is completed, gain 1 Token.

Each Token grants a 20% action speed bonus to altruistic actions.


Dirty Cop

You have lost faith in justice and learned to look out for yourself.

Whenever a Survivor is downed while you are in the Killer's Terror Radius, gain 1 Token up to 5 Tokens.

Each Token grants a 8/10/12% increase to healing yourself, mending yourself, and searching chests.

Rescuing a survivor from a hook or the Killer's grasp causes you to lose 1 Token.
