If new people can't even survive within first 2 minutes , something is wrong with this game.

Pretty gud job so far. I admit i'm a super smurf, i was rank 4 dc all the way down to rank 16( couldn't go lower) so i can abuse newbies, but i was wrong. Not only I can't lead new people to victory, i can't even survive my self.
You wonder why people refunds this game within 2 hours and death garden is a waste of money, well, there is your answer.

I find spirit, Nurse and Hill Billy to be absoloute BS at any rank, any other killer gets my respect but I just can't stand playing these 3, they aren't fun, I just want to enjoy the match, but they are so oppressive and punishing to play against. There is no build up to their gameplay just instant gratification.

Survivor aren't entilted to survive a set ammount
Killer aren't entilted to get kills either.
Killer gameplay is easier to handle than survivor gameplay.

No one does anything at that rank.
I mean this literally -- survivors just do not do anything whatsoever. You die on your first hook without anyone ever coming to save you, killers routinely get 4k without a single gen getting done, and you can loop the killer for minutes at a time and nobody else will do any objectives.
As a consistent purple rank survivor, this has been my experience when queuing with friends who are new to the game and getting matched up with other lower ranked survivors. It is harder than any normal game of my rank simply because no one else is attempting to perform any helpful actions.
If you purposefully deranked, you brought this on yourself.
Also, there might be a problem with this game's onboarding. Just saying. :P

I don't mean "playing sub-optimally." I mean this in an absolute, literal sense, with no hyperbole. Low-rank survivors often do not make any appreciable progress on any objective, whether it is gens, hook saves, or totems, no matter what else is going on or what the killer is doing.
Playing at rank ~16 is this game's equivalent of an "ELO hell," and I don't know why anyone -- especially someone with as many in-game hours as the OP is claiming -- would willingly do that to themselves.

Let's consider how ranks are gotten? They are gotten by pipping up and, at reaching rank 16, not de pipping. New players may be mixed in a team with a rank 5 or more higher than theirs, like a rank 12 with a newbie rank 20.
Matchmaking continues to be broken due to the huge number of Killers and lack of four survivors. One possible solution is to stretch the ranks out to say 30 and nobody depips. That way I would expect a player of average ability to go from 30 to 20 inside the rank reset period of 30 days. A good to great player might reach 10, 5 or even 1.
It appears que times for new Killers at rank 20 are much longer as there is a lack of survivors at ~20 or even 19. So a new player opts to play survivor and thus feeds the cycle of feeding the killers. Why not gate the Killers? If there are too many on and not enough survivors to go round, simply say FULL like other games and encourage the player to try survivor.
