The game suffers from massive unbalance, some killers being too weak while some being too op
Imagine everyone running billys with ruin bbq bitter murmur and tinkerer or any other crutch
It's already hard enough to find the ruin unless you spawn next to it, having a race car billy one shot down you is overkill

Hard to find ruin? I can't even remember being this new.1

If you find killers OP, why don't you play killer yourself? I mean on a regular basis up to high ranks. Shouldn't be a problem, right?2

Hard to find Ruin? I spawned within 10-20 metres of that Totem the last 6 times the Killer had that Perk.
30 seconds in and that Perk is gone.
