Mid chapter patch release just before the next rank reset?

Given that we've just had a rank reset and that the mid chapter patch adjusts the way the ranking system works, is it likely that we won't see the mid chapter patch until just before the 13th August?
The next chapter is due out in September if there is to be one every 3 months, June for Curtain Call - September for the next one.
The patch ia a really good one, been hoarding add-ons for the Trapper after spending all 2xBP event on him, August 13th seems a little late for the patch though.

Unless they just release the rank part of it (can't derank below 15 to help new players etc) seperately later on, thoughts?

    Rank changes won't hold back an update if it is ready. They changed the way ranking works in the past and never waited for Rank Reset.

    Mid chapter patch should happen on or around July 24th (6 weeks from CC release).
