As @GrootDude said, I main Spirit on PS4...she’s hella fun to play but hella boring to face so I WANT to play other killers but for over a year I’ve played Spirit the most. I probably have over 1K hours on JUST Spirit alone. So no...I’m not a “survivor main” despite what my name says.
I also think I faced you on PS4 before if you have the word “Spirit” in your PSN name at all.

Make the game cross play so these Ps4 red ranks can meet real sweat. I would like them to meet Nurse and Huntress and hold rank 1 here solo queueing.
From what I hear seems like you guys need cross-play already. I've heard a lot of complaining about queue times on Ps4 in here. I wish you guys luck.

The thing is both survivor and killer bring out their A-game during these events.
Survivors stack up in SWF and bring instaheals, Keys, toolboxes - Anything to get the escape.
Killers do the same to get kills but since the roster of Strong Killers is so small, You're bound to see the same ones over and over. If you're trying to get the most out of the event then playing the weaker killers just doesn't benefit you, Games will be longer and you'll most likely get less points/kills.

Makes me want a mini game while waiting in the queue where you can fight survivor v killer in 2d 😁.
I do think some players dislike the DBP weekend due to farmers or they just use killera they do better with or have better perks on.
Mori's well they gain you less but I suppose some dislike the farmers the event brings in so they end up making a statement to basically say play normally.

The worst matches I've had in this bloodhunt have been with Spirit. Not because she is tough to face but because nearly every Spirit player has brought in an ebony mori and tunneled and killed after first hook.

As someone who Mains Spirit let me put my thoughts into this to help.
Without the blood hunt I can 4k the game without addons getting 30k easily per game 60k with BBQ&C. Spirits efficient at farming passively probably only being beaten out by Legion.
This means in terms of farming Legion is strongest then a tie for second between Spirit and Doctor. Now the second thing is Spirit unlike Doctor or the Legion is a top tier killer who does not need to farm to get these points. So as a 2x BP event you can easily with no offering and just BBQ&C average around 90k per match.
Also depriving survivors of bloodpoints during these events happens to be a lot of killers objective during these events and Spirit further amplifies this since she can still get better points.

I normally run DH,Adrenaline, DS and BL but I decided to run a different build for double bp, now I get tunneled. D:

Personally I've been running a medic build, (well make it ect).
Turns out those fast heals get you a lot of BP Quickly and you don't need perks to get objective points.
I'd run WGLF but I don't have it on my main Survivors yet.
For Killer I just play normally but with BPS's instead of brown BP offerings.
I am a Spirit main tho so I'm in the 10/15 Killers the OP is talking about, though I'm going out of my way to not deny points. I even started farming after a game was about to finish far too quickly just to make sure everyone got a good amount of points.

Just had my 3rd hard camping Spirit in 5 matches. Wife quit so back to killer. Thank the heavens. Survivor is nearly unbearable during events.

If players are tired of Spirit just run Iron Will + Urban Evasion. I’ve always play stealthy at red ranks and it really makes it easy to avoid her.

Bloodhunt is the last place I'd use spirit. Shocky boi doc prints bloodpoints even before modifiers, even if he's doing badly. They ought to be leveraging that instead.

With Distressing and Spirit's phase walk, I usually make BP with her way more quickly than I do with Doc. I'm already making Deviousness points before I even find that first survivor.

I dont play immersed, I stealth vs spirits and nurses and end up doing 2 genes + most of those matches.
Have fun getting predicted and your ruin destroyed early . also nice noed

- Can’t see her using her power.
- She can hear you, and also track your scratch marks.
- No window vault animation.
- No indication in TR that she is even using her power. She can “outplay” someone by doing literally nothing but standing still.
I actually hate the Spirit more than the Nurse. She is actually so dumb to play against it hurts.

Always makes me laugh when they say "only viable spirit/nurse" somehow these days viable means broken. Both for a LONG time have needed nerfs/changes, but nothing has happened but further survivor tweaks and map "BALANCE" *cough*

I don't play stealthy, I'm an aggressive player. I even 2nd Spirit as killer (1st is Freddy) and chases are definitely not 50/50. No way in hell, chases are heavily tipped in her favour.
Let's look at this:
You are injured and at a jungle gym, you don't have Iron Will or Spine Chill, the Spirit stands still at the pallet.
Do you:
1. Throw the pallet down and vault it
2. Run to the window and vault it
3. Run entirely away from the jungle gym
Or 4. Walk around the jungle gym hoping to break LOS.
All of these options are easy to counter.
1. Is countered by standing still
2. Is countered by continuing to chase or simply phasing around and hitting them
3. Is countered by the Spirit coming out of her phase and then she spots you and you're caught.
4. Is countered simply by the Spirit having ears.
Spine Chill is countered by the Spirit just looking at you while phasing (easy to do when injured)
Iron Will isn't even helpful cause she can still hear your footsteps.
Also you can't do much if she randomly just pops out in your face

I mean...I am a Spirit main if you remember any of our discussions from a while ago.
I love playing her but I understand why players are frustrated and annoyed going against her. All she does is stand still and you have to cross your fingers she can’t hear or track. Then you beat yourself up for not bringing in Iron Will. I hate facing a Spirit.

How is that bringing out the worst? People want to win so they can get as much BP as possible and not everyone wants to spend 20 minutes in a match farming every game. I've played against plenty of insta-healing survivors this BloodHunt too but I know they want to survive for points so I'm going to play my hardest to win too.

But yes, there's no conversation with someone who probably just want M1 killers to run in circles or cancel their powers, then 5 gens pop in 1 minute since killer perks are useless. Don't get me wrong, I know Prayer Beads is ridiculous but that's all about It. Also I'm not a Spirit main like you think but is funny how y'all are so quickly to say how broken she is in a game who are 100% survivor side. And yes, I don't want to listen until both sides get a full review, otherwise, Spirit and Nurse are here to give people a bad time just like they do the same to the other killers

Because spirit will ensure being able to kill everyone.. If you want more variety, there must be more balance in the game and lower tier killers gets buffed.. Or gen speed gets fixed.

What's wrong with Spirit? The lack of counterplay, that's what is wrong with her.
Before you say it, no, perks are not counterplay.
Let's see what Spirit gets as information:
Scratch marks,
Injured groans
Footsteps
Collision (this one should be removed, she's a ghost ffs).
What does a survivor get as information:
Her animation resets when she begins phasing.
A survivor can't tell where shes coming from.
Trying to say "listen to her footsteps" is a laughable argument due to the chase music, they should be louder like Wraith's but not directional (or maybe, this is another discussion on it's own).
"So if Spirit's such a big problem what about Nurse?" you ask?
Albeit, Nurse is stronger than Spirit by miles a survivor can still provide counterplay. A survivor can see the Nurse charging a blink, they can use this information for a small chance of joking her.
Spirit doesn't give you this.
Imagine if Nurse just instead goes completely invisible and silent when she starts to blink, that would be fun right?
Basically, Spirit hasn't got enough counterplay, just a small change to her power would be fine. And also, rework prayer beads.
