Did they do anything to the End Game regression bar?

I got killed by the entity, and there was no End Game sound/warning (like before) and the bar was at like 80%; it went to 0% out of nowhere.

    The EGC timer is desynced between host and client, it's a known issue mentioned in the patchnotes:
