How I Would Fix Plague
Similarly to Doctor, she can swap between Vile and Corrupt with the secondary power button (ctrl default), except with no slow down. Her current mode would be indicated to survivors by the use of red or green particles (similarly to the ones currently in game for Corrupt Purge).
When someone cleanses, the Plague can interact with a fountain to collect the taint from it, and gain a single 'stack'. Everytime she pukes while in damage mode, it consumes a stack.
If all the fountains are tainted, she gains as many stacks as fountains without having to collect, and they all reset.
This would give more incentive to cleanse, because it's not just "don't be seen for the next minute" and gives Plague more control over how she wants to use her purge, while also forcing her to be more tactful with the Corrupt Purge as she can't just spray and pray for the next minute.

I like it but I would still not make people cleansed :/

You're trading one health state for one health state of damage in power, Plague can easily get the sickness health state through vile purge. I actually think there would be valid reasons to and not to cleanse.

Just give her Blessed Apple. If every Plague game has at least 1 use of corrupt than being broken is a MUCH larger threat, thus pushing them to heal and give her even MORE corrupt.

That's a terrible idea. Once the single Corrupt Purge is over it's back to the same problem as always.

If no one cleansed then a single Corrupt is enough.
If people do cleanse then you don't just have a single Corrupt.
