why are killers not happy with 3k why must they always get 4k?

Remove hatch, have egc start as soon as the second to last survivor dies or if no gen progress or chases happen in a long time span. Keys work on exit gates and open them faster or instantly after all the other gens are done. Remove mori's, have killers be able to mori anyone during egc as a base mechanic.
SpaceCoconut just did a video on this topic, sounds like some good ideas.
