Killer Suggestion: The Barber
Concept:
A killer barber such as Sweeney Todd. This idea isn't new, but this is just my take on it.
Appearance:
Would be awesome if the Devs could make it an official licensed killer that looks/ sounds like Johnny Depp, but their own version would be equally awesome.
Weapon:
An old-fashioned straight razor.
Power: Quest for vengeance
"The Barber is searching for someone who wronged him. And they will pay. Woe be to whomever stands in his way."
- At the start of the match, one survivor becomes "Judged". Only one survivor may be Judged at a given time. This is separate from being an "Obsession" and a single survivor can become both.
- When The Barber is Stunned, Blinded or otherwise directly impacted by a survivors action, that survivor becomes Judged. A new survivor may not become Judged for 30 seconds.
- A Judged survivor will always leave scratch-marks when they move, at any speed.
- If a Judged survivor receives a "crow" for being idle, it immediately becomes 3 crows and alerts The Barber.
- When a Judged survivor is hooked, dies or leaves the match in any way. The power goes on cooldown for 60 seconds. Then a new survivor becomes Judged at random.
- The Barber can perform a "Revenge" secondary action on a downed survivor who is currently Judged. This action teleports the survivor onto a random non-sabotaged hook. The Barber can not see the aura of the hook or survivor until a new survivor becomes Judged.
Perks:
Close Shave - The killer desires to slice into their next victim as soon as possible. After downing a survivor the perk gains a stack. Each stack increases the base range of their primary attack by 0.5%/ 1%/ 2%. Downing the same survivor before any others removes all stacks. Max 5 stacks.
Drip Rubies - Precise cuts make for much more dercernable blood patterns. Pools of blood from an injured survivor become 25%/ 50%/ 75% narrower and elongated,"pointing" in the direction the survivor is moving at the time.
Epiphany - The killer has thrown away their past and found a new calling. Hooking a survivor activates the perk. While active, the killer moves 10%/ 15%/ 20% faster. If the survivor is removed from the hook or dies. The perk deactivates and goes on cooldown for 60/ 45/ 30 seconds.
