why can't I be helped? error code 100?



I didn't know why 1 Week this error please fix my account

    Can you translate it for me please? I don't understand what the error is because I can't exactly read that language...

    From what I could gather from a translated version, your game could not be read for some reason and you need to contact support by filing a ticket. To file a ticket you need to click the support link, and click where it says "Submit ticket" and tell them the error number and a detailed description if you so choose to.

    yes, I sent tickets, but no response yet.

    Sadly, it takes time. And while your ticket was submitted, it won't be seen until it is next in line on the list of already submitted tickets before you.

    So you'll have to patiently wait, you can't rush when it'll be seen, so don't submit multiple ones either... You just need to be patient, and wait until it is your turn. Doing so will make the process go a lot smoother for both you and the support team.

    The problem could get fixed if you uninstall and reinstall the game

    But it's better to wait for support to reply to your ticket
