Should Hexs be Reworked?

Hex perks can easily be taken away the moment a survivor stumbles across the appropriate totem. How would you feel about these changes?

Make Hex Totems require an action other than cleanse to break the totem (ie. Find another object in game to allow cleansing)

Old thrill of the hunt should not be a hex and simply a perk that gives notification when someone touches a hex and make it longer to cleanse, both while not being a hex, simple.

Torn between this option and rhe other acrion required, but I just don't want my perks to be turned off... Unless hooking a survivor turned one of their perks at random off, no perk should be turned off at all...

Killers need to be able to defend their perk, as hexes are no more once they are dealt with. Yes, they are op when they work, but making survivors think yo face them and coordinate will make the cleansing/booning more rewarding. And also, when you hear the thunder that means that your hex is out of the game survivors get cocky, toxic and is the beginning of a gen rush many times. So yeah, make the hexes more defendable.
