What do you guys think about a change to Head On that would make it have a cooldown like Dance with me and Q&Q instead of exhaustion? It's not really a strong enough perk to cause exhaustion, if they would change it to have cooldown I would surely use it much more than i do now.

They have it as Exhaustion specifically so you won't be combining it with the other Exhaustion perks.

Again like I said it's not that strong of a perk to cause Exhaustion. It's literally a meme perk.

I think it's better than you think it is.
That said, I think the Exhaustion cooldown on it could be lessoned.
