Michael Or Ghostface?

Ghostface
This one is hard honestly. On one hand, Michael is more powerful. He can bring everyone into exposed at once, or go the whole game without a Terror Radius. One of his add-ons allows him to see through walls, and if you combine two of his add-ons (I belive its the green and yellow stalk movement speed add-ons), you stalk at normal walking speed.
On the other hand, Ghost Face is just more fun to me. While the adept system is admittedly getting me flustered with him, I really enjoy being able to peek around corners. He's a lot harder to spot, due to being able to crouch and is naturally short, and moves at normal speed for most of the game. Even crouching doesn't really slow him down. He exposes people faster, and can better time it for when he's right on top of someone. His lore is also much better than... does Michael even have lore (sarcasm mostly intended)?

Pretty tough call. Myers is a very feast-or-famine killer; if you can't capitalize in a big way on his tier 3 status (with multiple downs per tier 3), you'll fall behind, because of all the time wasted with stalking. You could make an argument for his add-ons making him worthwhile, but I feel that killers who are entirely add-on-reliant are kind of defective.
Ghostface has a bigger margin for error, since he goes after individual survivors and has a stealth ability. I think he'd be a bigger threat if survivors were not able to break his stealth quite so easily.

Dude, Myers is my boy. I would never pick Ghostface over him. But to be honest though I think they are both great.

Ghostface
imo Ghostface is better, as you can control when you want to go into stealth and when not.
really helps with mindgames.
plus michael has a rather slow start which usually leads to me getting genrushed, GF can just immediately start with no unwanted delays.

Better all around.

I do respect your opinion and agree but Michael is about passives, I do agree about how long it takes to stalk, bs. Ghostface is inconsistent with his breaking out of stalk so he's really good because of a bug.

Michael Myers
His stealth is inconsistent as I say with Ghostface, what I think of Myers is:
Either I stalk you or hit you, no escape.

Ghostface
Ghostface can infinitely go into stealth
Michael can only be stealthy once per trial

Michael does need faster stalking speed but his lore?
Michael heard voices telling him to kill, he killed on that Halloween night, Dr. Loomis captured him and realized how he was pure evil and tried to keep him contained, when Michael escaped, he went to hunt Michael and stop him from his spree as he went for Laurie and back to his home town.

Ghostface can be made an M1 Killer with no ability easy, with cooldown, Michael is full of passive abilities and cannot be stopped.
Respect to your opinion but giving mine too.

Michael has a small tr that is natural, unlike Ghostface who has no tr, but is stopped by being looked at.
You can't stop Michael from reaching tiers, only making it harder for him. Ghostface can be stopped by being looked at.
Myers can oneshot everyone with a extended lunge and a increased vault speed. (A monster with Fire up and Bamboozle). Hell, he can stay in tier 3 permanently. Ghostface can only stalk individual survivors, and he gains no benefit after exposure. His ability maybe helps in the chase, but definitely lackluster against myers.
We both know who wins. But I don't mind playing gf for a change of pace either. Both are fun, and that's what matters.

Myers has way more variety for builds. Vault Master, Jumpscare, Burger King, Massive Terror Radius, and so on.

Ghostface
This might be just me honestly, but part of what makes the characters good to me is their lore. Yes, Michael heard voices that told him to kill people, which his lore... kind of mentions. It gives us very little to work with. Demogorgon is the same way lore-wise.
And when you have amazing lore for the other licensed Killers, especially for Ghost Face, it just looks pathetic. Even if you say it is because of how early he came into DBD's existence, Nurse, Trapper and Wraith all have somewhat decent lore (Hillbilly is the exception). Again, it might just be me, but good lore is something I look for with these characters.

It is a tough call, I enjoy playing both of them but Myers stronger when it comes to his addons and (imo) applying pressure to the game as a whole. If we are just talking base kit, I have more fun with Ghost face.
When the devs add "undetectable" to ghostface's night shroud, which should make him immune to aura reading perks like Object of Obsession, he maybe the better option than Myers but right now Myers is the better killer overall.

Ghostface
ghostface all the way . in lore sure michael is fans favorite , but for sake he is so boring to play , ur true definition of M1 killer , and on start its so boring to walk like a turtle,
sure myers addons are fun and gf addons are boring but still gf is milion times funnier than myers who without addons might be most boring killer in dbd

I say this as someone who mostly plays survivor. Myers typically is stronger.
The people who play him are usually very smart and know to 99 his power and hold it till the right moment causing the game to snowball. With his addons there is also a lot of variety to the types of builds you see, making it more fun to go against and his power is consistent with little counter unlike night shroud.
Also, this is just from personal experience but probably 85-90% of my games against GF tunneling or camping in NS are the tactics used to win, which is a tell tale sign that the killer is weaker.

No one really brings Killer aura reading perks over the meta.

I do agree, imo there's not supposed to be much lore about Michael, he is questionably either human or supernatural, no one knows who he is, he envokes fear because fear is of the unknown.

Ghostface
He can teabag.
At normal speed.
I dont need any other reason. It's just that great.
