Once their all max level, with every perk, there's no difference. They could get rid of some activation perks, and make new ones, as part of a survivors base kit. Dead hard on David, Head on for Jane, Etc. I don't want there to be a survivor meta, because I don't want the lobby to be filled with David's every time I play killer.
