I remain of the opinion that nobody who's run PWYF Bubba would think he's the worst killer. A full-on speedy Bubba build is a nightmare in close quarters.

Uuuuh... Clown has nothing going for him. Even Clown mains consider him trash for the most part. Leatherface has (imo) the best instadown in the game. Clown has farts in a bottle 😂

hard to decide between a broken power (in a negative way, like "not working correctly") and a useless power...
at least legion can be decent with thanatophobia and could theoretically instadown anyone / injure them immensly fast, so i gotte place him sliiighly above bubba.
honestly, you cant play bubba against decent survivors without speed add ons. he's nothing but a M1 killer at that point.

Also Legion has wall hack and may hit survivors when other m1 killers cannot do that.
He is very overnerfed and hindered, but rly, I cannot call them the Worst killer.

Personally, I don't think Leatherface is even in the bottom 2. One shot survivors is pretty good in my book. One shot multiple survivors is even better. Does he struggle against a crack squad of rank 1 SWF? Yeah, sure. But then again, most killers do.

His insta downs don't help him to counter loops, its like a hillbilly without ability to sprint.
He has a nasty cooldown after removing a chansaw, which is also feels very bad.
He can insta down multiple survivors... while camping or in the basement, good gameplay (its funny for killer, but not for survivors (I am a killer main though)).

This was my first legit impression.
Legion gets hurt by his own power half his addons are useless and hurt his power again. He can be played at high ranks and high skill, but any killer that is fundamentally hurt by the power they can't really compete with those Sweaty SWF squads everything thinks they get.
Leatherface may be hurt by his power, but unlike Legion has perks that can actually push him over the top and make him a fantastic killer. Niche perk is niche but incredibly strong on him and Wraith. His addons dont directly make him worse either like some of Legions.
Compairing these two killers is honestly a insult. Leatherface is miles above Legion. Not sure if it matters because both are pretty bad in retrospect, but with the right perks and the right main Leatherface goes from bottom of the barrel to borderline broken able to compete with those same Sweaty SWF that Legion could never handle.
